ABOUT ME
I am a mindfulness teacher with a background in Business, Technology, Project Management, Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring. I have a keen interest in Yoga, Meditation, Fitness, Qigong, Health and Wellbeing and have practiced Yoga and Meditation for over 15 years. I am driven to help others on their journey into Mindfulness so that they may find a sense of calm and happiness during high pressured stressful situations and the hectic lifestyles that we live today. I hold a UKCMM Practitioner qualification. I am a Mental Health First Aider and a Integrated Qigong® Coach.

I have experienced many of life's challenges both positive and challenging and I believe that from each one I have learnt something new. Family and Pet bereavement, family dementia and other serious family illness, early Menopause, Redundancy, loss of identity, Imposter syndrome, stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, body image and a lack of self compassion are all things that mindfulness has helped me to manage and even overcome. I have experienced first hand the benefits mindfulness and meditation practices can bring.
The courses I teach can help anyone wanting to learn how to practice Mindfulness and how to really embed it into their daily lives. I offer 6/8 week programmes, hour sessions and bespoke packages for individuals, groups and corporate companies. All courses are offered in person or via zoom. In addition to Mindfulness I also offer courses of Integrated Qigong® An easy to follow combination of controlled breathing, focused concentration, and simple movements to remove blocks, increase flow of energy, and awaken your body’s natural healing ability.
My vision is to make Mindfulness and Movement practices simple and accessible to everyone, teaching techniques on how to become more resilient, manage stress and to make positive life changes that last. I teach in person and via zoom, so why not contact me today to see how I can help you.
