Michelle (My Present Mind) taught a number of Mindfulness & Mediation sessions to our employees, some in person, some via zoom.  The topics covered were, "An Introduction to Mindfulness", "Mindfulness, Self Confidence and Self Compassion", "Stress Awareness and Stress Management", "Overthinking and unhelpful thinking styles", "The benefits of Journalling" and lastly, "Releasing Judgment and Embracing Life".  Each session covered some theory, some meditation practice and some helpful takeouts that our teams could use after the event.  Our employees really embraced the session and the feedback from each session was great.  We look forward to working with Michelle in the future
