Is Mindfulness safe for me to practice?Yes, Mindfulness is completely safe for most people to practice. See full safety information for more detail and any contraindications.

If I dont want to book a full 8 week course what are my options?You can book individual sessions and this can be tailored to your needs. Contact me for further information.

Do you teach Mindful Movement? Is there an expected level of Fitness?Yes. Mindful movement is included in both the 8 week course and individual sessions. No level of fitness is required. All movement is gentle and can be completely adjusted for your needs.

Do I need to buy or bring anything to the sessions?No. I provide a journal for you to write in which is included in the course price. Mats and blankets are provided and maintained in line with COVID-19 restrictions/regulations. If you prefer to bring your own mat/blanket that is completely fine.
