6 X 60 minute online sessions. Includes all materials, handouts and a Journal. This course will teach you about Mindfulness and how it can help you live a happier healthier lifestyle. The 6 week course is a condensed version of the 8 week course. You will learn the tools and techniques to allow you to create/deepen a Mindfulness & Meditation practice with more emphasis on home practice outside of the scheduled hours online.
