What benefits can you expect to feel from practicing Mindfulness? Here I will talk more about how important mindfulness is to our mental health and what you can expect from your practice.


There have been many scientific studies with proven results that mindfulness can really support a healthy mind and lifestyle. We lead very busy lives and are always "switched on". Social media can be very addictive and too much time online and indoors can reduce the level of happiness and satisfaction we feel with our lives.
